Go to 'insert' menu for headers and right-justify your first and last name for a header. For example, my first page header would read Heather Carver. For every other page, your header will be your last name only and the page number, which should be inserted by finding the page number button that looks like #. Enter in current position behind your name, and in plain style. Use some advanced citation technique with name drops in the sentences!
